What is Esther's secret?

I think she has that condition in which the body ages at a much slower rate than the mind.

Anyone gonna see this movie? It looks promising, though trailers can be quite deceptive.

Edit: The movie I'm talking about is Orphan.

her secret is that she can ride the crazy-child horror-flick wave into an mild 22 million dollar opening weekend having shown us nothing original or enticing.

I think she is just a very old ghost that likes to haunt families. And then kills them cause she doesn't get enough attention.

I can already guess that the movie ends with a shot of a new family trying to adapt Esther from a different orphanage.

I think she is a mole man splinter cell operative that has come to the surface to reak havoc before the upcoming surge of mole soldiers to claim there ancestral homeland of the USA after being forced out be Benjamin Franklin hundreds of years ago. She is killing then so they may where there skin.

LOL; & @ Shursh: Yeah, you've got a got point. Not to mention it sounds a lot like The Good Son (which didn't do so well in the box office).
